New Construction from Primavera Homes

We had an offer within 5 days after our new construction property in Westfield was staged by Best in Showing.com. We had heard about Suzy Minken's excellent track record and called her in after our luxury property sat on the market for more than 120 days.

Suzy's Staging Touch Works Wonders

We never would have been able to generate so much interest from potential buyers without Suzy Minken's help. The transformation was remarkable! Not only was the home difficult to stage, but Suzy had to gently convince the homeowner that changes needed to be made in order for the house to sell.

For example, the small family room adjacent to the living room needed to be restored to its original function. It was currently being used by the homeowner as an office, but it was overcrowded with furniture, computer equipment and stereo components. There was not even enough room to walk into the room!

Suzy was able to remove everything from the room and add the right furnishings to show buyers this was a very spacious family room with lots of seating. Suzy's wonderful touches were everywhere in the house, including a paint color change in the kitchen that unified the space with the wallpapered dining room. A Complicated Listing in West Orange

I contacted Suzy Minken to see if there was anything that could be done with my new listing in West Orange for a divorced couple. The 10,000 sq. ft. contemporary ranch home was in need of a makeover as it had been neglected over many months. Suzy Minken - Great Stager Recommendation

Just wanted to let the office know that we have a great resource in our office. I know many of you have used her services, but I wanted to share my experience. I called on Suzy Minken and her Best In Showing business to meet with 3 clients in the past two weeks and I have to say I was extremely impressed by her professionalism.
