Gallery 3 - The Older Colonial in Millburn

A tough market, impending snowstorms and the holiday rush couldn't halt the quick sale of this Colonial, listed and sold in December -- not the traditional selling month for homes.  After staging, the property occupied by empty nesters, showed as if a growing family could move right in.  A good example of "How we live is not how we stage a home for sale."

A sofa bed, exercise equipment and dated television set gave this spare room an undefined use.

After staging, the space was converted, visualizing the room as a bedroom --and was restored to its original intended use.

Before staging the living room, one hardly noticed the fine woodworking and architectural details in this lovely home.

After staging, the beautiful details of the molding and entrance ways were revealed.
